How I can get all the contacts using date entity?
how do we map it to the customer accounts? This pulls out party id and location id of which I cannot seem to match up to my customer accounts
Hi Muhammad
I suspect everyone is referring to ContactPerson, but you are struggling with ContactPerson contact details? Please clarify. The one entity is ContactPersonV2Entity and the other is DirPartyContactEntity.
If you are indeed working on DirPartyContactEntity. Your issue should be that there is a filter on field IsPrimary. If you are using the excel you can clear the filter. I do not know much about the import/export workspace. But there should be something similar. Just click on the filter option and then "Clear Filter".
Hi Muhammad,
Has your issue been resolved?
we are using Contacts V2 in D365FO 10
staging name smmContactPersonV2Staging
try and suggest
By default it exports all contacts, not just primary. Party contacts entity will export all contact related information on master entity "like customer master", it will also export contact information from the master entity contacts as well.
Hi Muhammad,
Party contacts contain all contacts, not only primary.
Please check again to see if the primary contact is filtered.
