Hello,

I am using NAV 2013, and using E-Ship (FedEx Ship Manager). I want to change the shipping address.

FedEx has updated our address and I have updated the address in NAV Packing Stations.

But the FedEx label still shows our old address.

Can anyone help me?

Shipping & Receiving > Setup > Fedex > Fedex Global Reg. Request Card

Navigate to: Card

Request Tab : Change the fields to the new address.

I found the answer:

The problem is the Fedex label is printing a incorrect address

This is because the address comes from the Fedex Global Registration Card

Shipping & Receiving > Setup > Fedex > Fedex Global Reg. Request Card

Request Tab : Change the fields to the new address.
