Check the event log and share that error message.

That is not an error, the service startup in the console has a timeout set, during which time if a service does not start, you get a warning. In the linked thread above you could edit your registry to increase this timeout, and restart the PC.

If the service started after 5-10 mins (refresh with F5)? Do you see any other real errors in the Event viewer under the Application logs? Filter it by critical/error entries.

Your AOS does not start apparently because you are running out of disk space.

You most likely undersized your disks and transaction log files, check TempDB files in System databases in SQL Server Management Studio, and also the AX database files.

You did not follow installation best practices from Microsoft on sizing disk and where to place files.

    technet.microsoft.com/.../dd309734.aspx

You need separate, properly sized disks. At least the following is advised: 1 disk for the operating system, 1 for SQL Server executable files, 1 for TempDB data + log, 1 for System and administrative databases (optional), 1 for AX data, 1 for AX log.

Just ensure that both service account should be common.

    1. AOS service account

    2. Service Account in Table: SYSSERVERSESSIONS
