Logo on Word template for remittance

I have the word templates for Vendor Remittance working for everything but the logo.  I have 2 different companies that need the logo.  I have 2 templates with different names.  I have them setup in the Template Maintenance as 2 different templates both for the Check Remittance modified

I have them correctly assigned to the specific company.

I have added the logo in RW in both the Page Header and the Report Header.  The logo prints from RW.  I have used the Template Generator to create the Word DOCX.

I have also tried to add the logo directly to the Word DOCX but that didn't work either. The Logo is in a JPEG format

The check remittance template is enabled and GP is using the template.

    Hello,

As there are issues with 3rd party code effecting template performance with logos, please verify if you are testing with default Dynamics GP code only.
If the code is not all default, please establish a new default-only Dynamics GP code folder to test your process from as a next step to help eliminate the 3rd party code as a cause.

    Best Regards,

My client recently upgraded to the latest GP version last week.  Prior to that they were using MEKORMA to email remittance.  They no longer needed MEKORMA and we did not install in on the new server but the database still has reference to it.   Is not having it installed what you mean by a Default only Dynamics GP folder?

Primarily, but in order to rule out ANY non-default code we would recommend testing from a Dynamics GP code folder that doesn't have any add-ons and/or customized code in place, just default materials.  Do you get the same performance from such an installation?
