Hello everyone,
I would be needing to enable the management of kits from released products, can it be that I need to activate something? Can anyone help me?
Here's how I can see it in my test environment
This is how I see it in the client's environment, I don't have the "Bundle" option
Hi Diana,
Please follow these steps :
Step 1 : Create a Master product and select Kit Product and click Ok as shown in the figure below :
Step 2 : Before you release your product, Navigate to the product Tab and then click on Configure Kit as shown in the figure below
Step 3 : Configure your Kit
Final Step : Navigate to your kit Product and relaese it.
You must be sure that the components of the kits are released before you release your kit.
Hope that's helpful for you.

Thank you very much for your answer, from the master product I can get to enable the Kit option.
but the Bundle check still does not appear
Hi Diana,
Have you tried to create a Master product ? and then release it ?
When you create a master product, the system give you the possibilitie to select the Kit product. And then the Configure bundle Button will be reactivated.
Hope that's helpful
