Are you encountering any problems? The setup requires you to purchase the stamp software from Endicia.

Hi ALex thanks for responding, We are currently using Eship from Lanham how would the endicia software be used in conjunction with Navision ? Is it an add on. Does it connect via eship? I went to there site and could not find anything relating to Navision?

We use Endicia Galaxyship with Nav & we have e-ship. You have to set up an account with Endicia to get postage, verify addresses, print custom forms, etc.

It really works side by side - not really WITH eship.  Galaxyship allows you to postback data such as weight, postage, tracking#'s etc into a nav table which you can then read from nav.  You can even populate field such as Name address city st etc. in Galaxyship to print the proper USPS shipping label.

I'm sure they can setup a demo for you if this is what you're looking to do.

Check out the setup guide in that link above. It will give you details on setting up a datasource (NAV) and mapping fields & posting back data.

If you're using SQL all the better.  We use native so we have to have an Excel file be our go between.  Nav exports data to the excel file.  Endicia Reads the excel file to get names & addresses.  Endicia post back data to the excel file. Nav reimports the data from excel finishing the loop.  But with sql you should be able to go direct which would be sweet.

We use USPS integrated into Eship via a Endicia account.  Works very well for us.  It can be a bit fussy for international shipments - customer, items and package need to be set up correctly - but other than that we are very satisfied with it.  Furthermore, it gives us the ability to provide great customer support as we also use the integrated email with which upon posting the invoice it automatically emails our customers their shipping info.
