I want to show all the sales orders that are not confirmed. That all the sales orders must be shown in a Form Grid.
I've tried that using Query as a DataSource by giving Range.
But it is not showing me the Confirmed Sales Orders.
Please Help me
Thanks in Advance :)

I have the same question (0)

Your current query returns orders where DocumentStatus isn't Confirmation or (!) it isn't Invoiced or it isn't None and so on. You could build a query expression with and operator, but I think an easier approach will be remove negation and list the statuses you want.

Adding the same range at runtime will solve nothing, because it'll still be the same query.

    Hi,

I'm confused you first said you want to show all sales orders that are not confirmed. Then at the end you said it's not showing confirmed sales orders.

So can you please specify what exactly do u need?

If u only want confirmed, then add confirmed as a range
If you want everything except confirmed, then !confirmed should be enough.

    Hello,

You can do it without coding. In the sales order form, we can create an advanced filter to filter the unconfirmed orders:

This filter can be shared with other user roles:

    Thank you,

    Hello all,

So basically what i try to achieve is
    • Needs to create a dialog box, from where i can select multiple sales orders.
    • On click on OK the sales orders got confirmed with confirmation journal.
    • Confirmation journals will send to user with email having pre-defined email body.
    • Email send status is successful, the Sales line inventory got registered.
I've try creating 3 classes Contract, service and Controller and on OK(button clicked method) on dialogbox in which i try to add the selected SalesId from the grid and add to list which is defined in Contract.
The Dialogbox grid shows the unconfirmed salesorders (DocumentStatus!=Confirmation (Help me with this is this shows the confirmed salesorders).

So please guide me how can i proceed further.
Thank you so much in advance.
