Dynamic Text (From Email) - Conditions

Posted on by 873
Hello,

I would like to have multiple senders in the /From Email/ based on the below criteria:

  1. If the Contact Country Region is equal to US -> Sender should be: /user1@microsoft.com;user2@microsoft.com/.,ELSE, /user3@microsoft.com/

Can you please advise and provide an example of how to add the above condition in the From Email parameter?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

    Hi EBMRay,
    Apologies for my late reply.
Please refer to the following details:
In the right 'Personalize' panel, you can expand 'Inline conditions' to add condition like this:
    Set condition,
--Select attribute from contact as your needs:
    Paste code into 'From email':
--Use static email address instead of...

hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Hi @Leah Ju,

    Thanks for your reply.

As you suggested, I try to use the inline-conditions but I am lost where I can specify if the condition matches the criteria. (true or false)

If the Contact Country Region is equal to US -> Sender should be: /user1@microsoft.com;user2@microsoft.com/.,ELSE, /user3@microsoft.com/

Where can I input the static email addresses in the expression?

Could you please provide a screenshot?

    Best regards,
    EBMRay

    Hi Partner,
You can use inline conditions in the marketing emails.
Please refer to the following documentation:
Conditional (if-then-else) statements display content depending on whether one or more conditional expressions resolve to true or false.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
