investment project error message while eliminate project and convert it to fixed assets

dear all ,
kindly help me to solve this problem that i faced it when i make eliminate investment project and try to convert it to fixed assets

error message
Expense exist for project ## posted to voucher ### on ##/##/#### that is not included in WIP.
however i set accounts in cost categories

    A bit late with the reply, but just for the princip:

    The errror will come if you have actual transactions posted "at a later date" than the date you want to eliminate.

    Under Project Management and account parameters, in the Estimate field, you can set the "After elimination date" parameter under "Allow elimination when non-estimated transactions exist" to "Accept."

    The Infolog will still tell you that the transactions exist, but will continue to Eliminate the project up to the Estimate date.
