But when I tried to hit http://localhost:7047/DynamicsNAV70/WS/OData and http://localhost:7047/DynamicsNAV70/WS/Services I am getting below message :

At least you have some BASIC permissions to log in into the NAV. This Permission - Role need to add in USER card of NAV with your USER ID.
What are all the permissions required?
Hi Pooja,
Now this is not the issue with Webclient but the connectivity issue with SQL server.
Please make sure that you have valid user ID in Dynamics NAV with permissions.
Please also make sure that the NAV Services - User ID is having DBOWNER role with database in SQL server.
Let me know your observations.

I have done the firewall settings as required.
No I am not able to connect the server with window client as well.
please check that you able to connect your windows client with same credential.
best you uninstall the webclient component and then re-install the webclient.
and check your firewall settings.
