Hi
Created a new user but when i sign in to to Dynamics CRM i get an "Internal error 500".
Wheel keeps turning but no result.
Connecting to Outlook web works fine

a few important questions
- Is this OnPremise Dynamics or Dynamics 365 Online?
- I understand that you're introducing the credentials and then you get an error. Is this correct?
- Does any other user can login?

Hey.
I think you should open a support request to Microsoft. This means that there's something on this user configuration preventing access: Either location, some policy preventing login to the app, or the user is not correctly configured on D365.
