Hello,
I'm trying to add images to a knowledge article from a file:
This works fine, until I save the article, then I only see this gray and white image:
I've read several blog posts about installing the customer service hub anchor. We do not have a license for this.
Is this really why this feature does not work properly? Seems odd to me that Microsoft would then still give the option to add from file... Is there any way to fix this without acquiring the license?
Your help is much appreciated.
Kind regards,
Nina
Knowledge management inline image enhancement ::
Knowledge authors will have an improved inline image experience in which they can directly copy, paste, and drag and drop images, or select them from File Explorer and add them to knowledge articles, instead of sourcing them from links, as is done today.

It works as expected for me on this version of the online Dynamics 365 CE web app ::
If I look at your post, it appears that the images you posted on the community website had this issue as well and hence I would recommend you to examine the source of such files. (You may test Windows 10 inbuilt snipping tool to test this as one of your healthy image source).
