Aprire file direttamente su desktop app

Ciao a tutti,

Vorrei aprire i file word, excel ecc presenti nella sezione "Documenti" dei moduli "opportunità", "Offerte", "OrdinI", ecc del CRM Dynamics 365 direttamente dall'app client su desktop e non nel browser.

In questo momento quando clicco sul nome del file mi indirizza sulla pagina web, da li poi posso scegliere se modificare su browser o da app.

Come posso far aprire direttamente l'app? Ho già configurato il sito sharepoint per l'apertura dei file con il client di default.

Unfortunately, there is no settings in CRM to achieve it currently.

But you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes:

Ideas (dynamics.com)

Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
