One of our users has recently starting experiencing an issue where the order of their personalisation columns, in any form e.g. Sales Orders, will keep resetting each time they open the form. The personalised fields are retained however the order of them is always reset and the personalised fields are always added to the start of the list.
For example she will customise the sales orders form to look like: (PF = personalised field)
Sales Order -- Customer Requisition (PF) -- Customer Reference (PF) -- Customer Account -- Name -- Created date and time (PF) -- Status
But then on re-opening the form, the order of the fields resets to:
Customer Requisition (PF) -- Customer Reference (PF) -- Created date and time (PF) -- Sales Order -- Customer Account -- Name -- Status
We have tried deleting the users usage data and AppData .AUC files but this has not done the trick. Has anyone experienced this before and knows how to fix it?
