What is the OOB functionality of Activate Quote/On-Hand Inventory/Price Quotes

hi all,
I wanted to understand what's the OOB functionality of the these buttons, if you could kindly direct me to the right documentation/videos or elaborate here if possible.
so that we can decide whether its fits the user story requirement and decide to show/hide these accordingly button using ribbon workbench?

Activate quote is pretty straight forward - it just changes the quote state from draft to active

On-hand inventory : seems like an integration with the supply chain side - but I want to understand how its working end to end so that we can decide whether to keep it or not or if we can integrate it with the FO offerings
lastly,
what is PRICE Quote button doing - or what is it supposed to do please?

Activate Quote: Changes quote status from Draft to Active.

On-hand Inventory: Shows inventory from SCM; works only if integrated with F&O.

PRICE Quote: Recalculates pricing based on product price list or F&O pricing.

Hide buttons via Ribbon Workbench if not using F&O integration.
