    Hello,

    What are you exactly trying to achive?

    I have checked in my environment and have the same behavior. The behavior of a static records will look to the contact entity.

    I think what you might try to achive is a website link?
    Select the text you want to link to and click on the hyperlink symbol

    website-link.png

    After that you can select the link and choose if you want to track it.

    Hope this helps what you want to achive otherwise just send a reply and I will follow up on it.

    Hi Ai Le,

    Is "Website" a custom entity which is created by yourself?

    Did you check that any "Website" entity record existed in the system?

    Try to add expression manually on your email to test whether dynamic content works:

    Format

    {{Entity Logical Name(guid).field logical name}}
    e.g: a specific account record with its name
    {{account(1ece5cd4-ae56-e711-abaa-00155d701c02).name}}

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hi Ai Le,

    In this situation I have created an extra field on the Content Settings entity. Make the field Format URL

    website-url.png

    After adding the field you can populate it in content settings

    Website-url-content-settings.png

    Then in the email you can add the website url field, it took some time to load in the editor.

    email-website-3.png

    After selecting the field it will show up in the email.

    email-website-2.png

    Now you can do a test send and you'll see the populated field from the content settings will show up.
