Connect to Regulatory Configuration Service on D365 Dev VM failed "The authentication process was not successful. Please contact your system administrator"

Dear Sir

I have registered my account on RCS service already.

But when I click open to connect to RCS is failed.

"The authentication process was not successful. Please contact your system administrator"

    Hi Tanyaboon,

    The connection to RCS is supported for Tier2+ environments. These are UAT and production environments in a customer project.
