After Windows server 2010 R12 patches , crm is giving error as "Unable to access the MSCRM_CONFIG database. SQL server does not exist or access denied" Please help.

After Windows server 2010 R12 patches , crm is giving error as "Unable to access the MSCRM_CONFIG database. SQL server does not exist or access denied" Please help.

To resolve the issue , windows patches were uninstalled and reverted to previous snap shot. Still the issue is not resolved.

Please help.
