Hi everyone,
Is there a way to create an approval workflow to apply to Item Creation and Edition?
We would be looking for something that would block the use of an item, until the change has been approved by the approver(s).
Disclosure : We are already using agiles Workflow with e-mail notifications when some Item Card fields are modified. This may not be enough for us.

Option is not available in the Dynamics NAV 2013 product, but with a modification you can be able to achieve that.
If you want to check a sample process you can check the workflow module in Dynamics NAV 2016. Within the Dynamics NAV 2016 workflow module you can find a similar (Customer Approval Workflow) workflow implemented for customer creation.
