Hi CRMers,
I have a question regarding user mail box and authentication.
We login into our systems using smart card, and CRM authenticates using those credentials.
We are using Server Side sync to integrate our CRM on-premise with Exchange on-premise.
One of the option to authenticate user is to enter credentials on mailbox. But in our case as we are using Smart card and users doesn't know their password, where are other options can we use to authenticate users. In other words how can individual users will use their mailboxes without entering their credentials.
