Hi everyone,
when we are adding an usergroup in RTC 2013 R2 ,it gives such error : Incorrect user name or password.

Hello Sumit,
Back when NAV relied on SQL permissions to decide whether a user was allowed in or not, you could do something along those lines.
NAV2013R2 works in a per user basis. You have to add each user individually to NAV. You cannot add the group, hence the error you are getting.
You will have to add each user individually.

I 've added a user group. but when i am accessing the RTC client it shows this error msg :
you do not have access to microsoft dynamics nav. verify that you have been set up as a valid user in microsoft dynamics nav

You need to add your domain\window login id to User,User Property, Access Control table(s).
Note:- If the user(s) does not have the access to the corresponding database.
if any other user exists. login that domain user. run RTC {Company-Name}/Departments/Administration/IT Administration/General/Users.
Add user.
Go to {Company-Name}/Departments/Administration/Application Setup/Users/User Setup. Add user.
