Employee Responsible Field in Customer Account

I'm trying to assign a member of our sales team to be the employee responsible in our customer account field. However, when I click on it there are no employees listed. How do I add these in so that I am able to assign them?

Does you AX has employees data, called workers in AX. This can be found in Human Resource module of Dynamics AX, under common section. The menu name is workers.

Hi,

You can use employee dimension to assign employee to customer.

New employee can be added by right clicking Go to Main Table Form and then add new.
