Online Store won't Publish

I am trying to publish an online store to sharepoint. The online channel is shown as in progress and I deploy the initial dataset in distribution locations, but no tables are created in my SQL Database. Not sure where to find the issue, all the connections are testing OK.

    What version of the product you are using - R2 or R3? Please note that the publishing process doesn't create any tables in CRT DB, instead the tables are populated with data, so, please clarify what exactly you meant by saying that not tables were created - did you deploy CRT DB?

    Are you using the demo VM or you have deployed everything from scratch? If you created the DB but you don't see data in CRT tables then you need to look at CDX messages' status: Retail->Inquiries->Commerce Data EXchange-> Download session->Process status messages

    If CDX failed - you will see an errors there which should help you to find out what went wrong.

    Had you setup the following before publishing the online store:

    1) Distribution location setup for the online store for AX 2012, AX 2012 R2. In case of AX 2012 R3, you had to setup channel database profile instead of a distribution location

    2) Configure the appropriate publishing and product catalog site collections for the SharePoint site

    It appears to me that you didn't setup channel database profile which sets up the links between the online store in Microsoft Dynamics AX and the database that you use to publish the online store.

    I'm using the R2 version. I have a distribution location for the online store as well as a channel profile for the two sharepoint sites. I used the Retail Database Utility to create the database for the online store.

    Did you look at the CDX messages status as I suggested above?

    I looked at the Synch Message database after deploying initial dataset with the A-1075_OC Job. Status is 1, there is no error number. The server message shows 86 records affected, but there is no data in any of the tables i.e. RetailChannelTable has no rows.

    If you are using R2 version & AX 2012 Feature Pack, do set up a distribution location for the online store as given as. I hope this link might help you to build correctly.
