Email service profile - failure

Hello, community,

we're facing problems with the email profile servers and the emails. From the beginning, we add some guest users from another tenant to test our app. In the testing we detect, that no messages is sent from the guest users accounts.

The MS recommended using this case as the solution:

After we set up the recommended solution, we try to activate and test the mailboxes. The result - Failure in each column.
In the alert section - nothing, no log or etc with the problem.

1. Where I could find additional logs to see what's wrong?

2. Maybe someone already solved a similar case and could share the knowledge?

Open this record and you will see "Alert" tab. click on it and you will see error message/log if there is any.

If I understand correctly, you are experiencing a failure when trying to approve the mailbox and there is no message alert in the following image:

First, please check your system settings:

Make sure the mailbox you need to approve corresponds to a user in the environment. If you do not change any settings, the system will automatically block senders that do not exist in the environment.

In the admin center you can check if the user has the license:
