Manufacturing WIP - not transferred to Inventory

Running NAV 5.0 SP1 application on 2009 R2 platform

For small number  of finished production orders the cost of labour and labour overhead were not moved from WIP to Finished Goods. Capacity postings were made after output was posted and before the order was finished.

    Can you share some screen shot here (ILE, CLE for particular Production Order)?

    Is finished product "Cost Amount Actual" matching the Sum of Component Cost?

    What is the trigger to transfer the costs from WIP to FG?

    Is it the Output posting or is it the Change Status for the Production Order?

    Is the adjustment function activated/started based on the Item (that is manufactured) or the change of status of the Production Order ?

    Trigger to post transfer the WIP to FG is after changing the production order status to finish & further after running the "Adjust Cost Item Entries" batch job.

    Adjustment function would get activated after each & every item related transactions, however it would have accurate costing once your change the production order status to finish and further run the "Adjust Cost Item Entries" batch job.
