Hi there,
I notice that is something wrong on the ProActive Chat window.
The "X" to close the window is placed out and need some CSS adjustments.
Unfortunately, we, the users cannot overwrite it as it need a new margin-top of at least 10px.
Can someone from the Microsoft Dev team look at this issue please.

It is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.
Once the issue is confirmed, the engineer will contact the Dev Team for you.

Thank you for your reply.
On the Support Ticket link there is no choice for Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Dynamics 365 Customer Service Chat on the dropdown, so I can’t choose anything that is related to the issue I just placed on the Forum.
The issue is related to Dynamics 365 Customer Service Chat where the ProActiveChat window has the close link “X” misplaced.
Everything that is needed to be done is to change the CSS.
That is not a difficult task.
