Hello,
I have one requirement to get the Tax Rate from posted BOE in the tax document on invoice form of PO.
is there any way to change the tax rate in the tax document?

Does BOE stand for Bill of Exchange or something else?
Can you provide some more data on the tax document on the invoice form?
What document do you refer to?

No BOE stand for Bill Of Entry i had post one bill of entry on PO and want fecth tax rate from that BOE instead of tax setup

I don't know a standard bill of entry functionality in AX.
Is this something that you have adjusted or is this the "packing slip" that you post?
AX supports posting tax with the posting of the packing slip.
