Sales Prices changing unexpectedly

Hi, all

I am helping a company that had a failed implementation.  I am doing project management as a user, I don't know how to configure.

The company is experiencing unexpected changes in sales prices.

Sales are completed in Saleforce and transferred one way to Business Central via eOne's SmartConnect.  We want Salesforce sales pricing to always override Business Central's pricing on a Sales Order.   There is product sales pricing in Business Central on the Item Cards, but it is supposed to be informational only.  It appears that sometimes that after data is transferred from Salesforce to Business Central for a Sales Order that data is changing from the Salesforce price and displaying/using the Business Central Item card price.  We then have a difference in the unit pricing and total invoice amounts in Salesforce and Business Central.  I concede that there aren't very many price differences between Saleforce and Business Central and therefore Business Central may be using the Item Card pricing more often than we perceive and even that could be always using item card pricing.  We thought this was the extent of the issues, but a couple more came to my attention today.

1) There is a "random" mismatch of prices between Salesforce and Business Central.  We want Salesforce pricing, but the error is that BC is using BC pricing.

Issue 2) was discovered today.  A user was reconciling POS sales (The POS is not connected to Business Central) by entering the POS sales in Saleforce and then they were transmitting them to Business Central.  We are a food company so she opened the Sales Order to add a lot # used for food safety tracking.  When she added the lot number, she said that the price changed in business central from what was transmitted from Saleforce to the Business Central Item Card Sales Price.

Issue 3) was discovered today.  It was similar in that a user was accounting for a product purchase by employees.  She entered the same product in the system using two different prices and Business Central changed it so that the prices would match the item card pricing.

Do any of you very awesome people have any suggestions on how to keep Business Central from reverting back to the Item Card Sales prices and just using whatever we tell it to use in the first place?

If i am not in the right forum please let me know.

Thank you for your time.
