Workflow Issue for AX 2012

We would like to configure PO workflow based on It is created by a specified group of People (employee).

We did not implement any Department in the Legal entity.

Let me know what condition we can add in the workflow

Currently, I tried condition but it does not work properly.

    Hi,

    The people that you mentioned, do they create the purchase order or are they the ones who receive the stuff ordered or do they have a different role/responsibility?

    Where in the PO form can you identify those people?

    Thanks Ludwig for the Reply, in some peolpe are creators and some people are approver as well.

    Where in the PO form (header, lines) can I find the information about the person that needs to approve?

    This information must be kept somewhere.

    Otherwise, the workflow cannot be configured based on that data.

    Hello Ludwig,

    I got that it is Ordered one, when we set that condition in the Workflow, it will work.

    Many thanks to sharing the direction to get the resolution.
