SIE export file in D365 Finance and operations

Hi all,

Does anyone has idea on SIE export file which is used in Sweden for audit purpose? This report exports the Financial data using the formats specified by the Standard Import Export Group (SIE), which is an organization in Sweden.

We have the configuration available and set up the connection string set up in the Integration parameters for this SIE export. But we are facing the issue that when this export job is run, nothing generates and saves a file in the blob storage. I was able to run the Configuration from the Reporting configurations in ER workspace and I got the sample file there. But the export batch executes and has the status Error with no error log shows there.

Could you please suggest me why the file is not being generated in the blob storage?

    You can check the event viewer to find if there are unexplained errors or issues with the system.

    When you generate the file, where is the file destination (e.g. Electronic reporting jobs)? Which config do you use (e.g. SIE export format (SE)

    1.16.11)?

    If you can generate the file via General ledger > Periodic tasks > SIE export, you need to check integration parameters for SIE export.

    Check how many SIE-number you have been using in your system.

    In Sweden the SIE-format should normally be set up with 4 digits. Microsoft has not been changing this yet, they are only using the very old 3-digit system.  This is a pity, because the normal 4 digit format is used almost daily by me, but in other ERP-systems.
