Permission set not working

As soon as I attempt to change the AR notes field or any field in the list page, I receive the following error message: already assigned permissions in the user as shown below the screenshot. I added a screenshot of the code.

    After receiving valuable feedback from Yun Zhu, I have added an action button to update the Required field as the standard function does. Thanks to Saurav Dhyani and Gdrenteria as well for your answers but clicking on the does answer your question keeps loading and nothing happens.

    Hi,

    Standard system will not allow you to Delete ledger records. there is a selective modify that you can do in ledger tables. 
     
    Fields in selective modify are set by Microsoft and you can surely modify custom fields that you have added. 
     
    If you can modify & Delete ledgers in any ERP system, then its breaks the business purpose of an ERP solutions. The guarantee that an ERP provides is once transaction are posted there will not be any modification to the transaction.

    I think you can try to use an action to perform this modification. Just like the standard.
    It's not clear to me how you made this page editable (re-created?), it's obviously not standard practice.
