CRM Diagnostic Tool not showing bandwidth test results

Hi All

We have been using the diagnostic tool provided by Microsoft to check the latency and bandwidth for our CRM online environments from the client machines. But lately , we see that the tool does not show the right results in terms of Bandwidth tests and always shows 0Kb/s. 

Has anyone encountered the same. Appreciate the feedback.

    Hi,

    Do you check your latency and bandwidth at https://CRMUrl.com/tools/diagnostics/diag.aspx (replace CRMUrl.com with the actual CRM URL)?

    I have used this tool to check my latency and bandwidth and my result is as below. It seems that I have the same issue as you.

    I suggest that you could use Fiddler to capture which you need.

    Hope it makes sense.

    Hi,

    there is a little bug in diag.js (C:\Program Files\Dynamics 365\CRMWeb\_static\Tools\diagnostics)

    search for "Content-Length" and replace it with "content-length"
