Activated Process Template not in list of Templates?!?

I have a workflow I would like to "copy".

I do this by deactivating workflow - and then change into process template - and then activate it.

Then I create new process - workflow - on the same entity type. But I can't see activated template on the list.

Am I missing something or is this a bug in On-Prem 2016?

No templates in list.

    I am missing patience. The workflow template turned up on the list after one hour.
