Tracking option is missing in Dynamic 365 App for Outlook

We are starting to use dynamic 365 app for outlook in our organization and the track button is missing in our app, I tryied everthing that I saw here in the forum regarding the same issue but everything seems to be correct

Anyone know why is happening?

I set it up on Friday - It took a long time to show up for me (in Dynamics 365 the app was showing as added a long time before it showed up in Outlook). The Tracking Categories showed up quicker than the Track button (if you don't see the Categories showing in Outlook check the Alerts on the User's Mail Box in Dynamics 365 - as it usually shows a sync of them to Exchange).

Make sure that the User has the Outlook app Security Role assigned in Dynamics 365

Also, in Outlook go to the Meetings view and see if the icon is there (this was where I first saw it show up).
