Help on xrm-ci-framework connection string

Hello everyone, 

Could anyone help me understand, or give me an example, with what should be the format of the connection string for the Xrm-ci-framework tools.

Have tried couple of ways to run Select-WhoAmI, or the ping in a different ways but couldn't get a successful output, here are some tries I had so far:

What am I doing wrong?
