Change the consumption qty. at assembly order level

Posted on by 155

Dear All, Is there a way to add additional consumption on assembly order line.

Seanario: FG item (A)  RM item (B)

Assembly  BOM = 1 of A = 1 of B

Assembly order 100 of A

Actual consumption is 138.5 of B

is there a way to add this aditional consumption qty & cost of item B to FG item ?

I am using NAV 2015/ 2013

Thanks in advance. :)

    Hi,

NAV is allowing to change the Quantity per in Assembly order.

so in above mentioned case, go into assembly order --> go to lines --> Change the Unit per (138.5 / 100 = 1.385)  and post the order.

Note: You need to derive the quantity per to achieve the total consumption quantity.

    Regards,

You should "reopen" you assembly order and insert your changes.

    Regards!
