D365 and Power BI Integration - Tiles for D365 Dashboards not loading

I had posted this on the D365 Sales forum but thought I would try here.

I have integrated D365 and Power BI.  I can easily create a Power BI Dashboard.  However, when I create a D365 dashboard and try to add a Power BI tile, the screen comes up and just spins loading.  I never see the selectors for the Workspace or report/dashboard.  I have let it load for 30 mins before and nothing. I can't figure out why this part isn't connecting when I can create a dashboard quickly.

Any ideas, suggestions, or insight is greatly appreciated.
