how to do edit case as a admin and authentic user ?

Scenario: I was asked to create a customer self service portal in which i created a login for both admin and authenticated user , for admin user i have given entity permission in which admin has all privileges like read,write,create,append,append to,delete and in authenticated users i have given permission to read,write,append,append to and delete now here the problem is when i am clicking on a particular case in the user as admin or as even authenticated users i am unable to do any changes as an admin i tried to change few things it showed me .

How to resolve this can anyone help
