Start Customer Journey after Email activity in Real Time Marketing

Dear community
I have a question about the activities and the RTM trigger associated with them. Is it possible to trigger a journey based on an activity? For example, if the contact responds with an email and this is tracked to dynamics?
After the email is tracked to a Lead, I want to write an email to it
