Hello,
I have a scenario where I would like to pick from existing License Plate IDs when picking sales orders. I see this is an option for the mobile menu setup.
The issue is when I try and pick work using this menu I receive the below error.
This is due to the fact that I do not have a located license plate ID on the work I have created. Could someone explain how to create work with this ID?

Sorry for replying late !
In this case, you can select the LP from on hand from which you want to pick the item, and update the LP against the work header from the back end in WHSWorkTable and as well as in WHSWorkLine table. This is a very common open load issue where work gets generated without allocating LP Id. In such scenario manual updation of LP Id against work header will solve the purpose.

I still receive the same error as above. My understanding is that option has no impact on how the work is created. From other mobile menus I see that the 'Generate LP' option will automatically assign a new LP for when I am processing work. This does not assign an already existing LP for me to pick on the work line.

Looking at the error, it seems that there is no LP Id is associated to the work header. In the first image looking at the SO Case Pick configuration "Generate License Plate" property is set to "NO" but at the same time "Handled by License Plate" property is set to "Yes". Change "Handled by License Plate" property to "NO" and try creating work.
