Error message in Utilities when upgrading to GP2018

Currently testing our upgrade from GP2016 to GP2018.
When trying to run a Utility Levey Billing Batch we are getting this error:
 
"Utility Account () has more than 1 Primary Owner.  Please fix this account and try the print again."
 
Doesn't matter what account it is, and there is only 1 Primary Owner on them, we still receive this error.
 
Any thoughts?

    "Utility Levey Billing Batch" sounds like something from an add-in product.  Do you have any add-in products that need to consulted for your upgrade?

    We have Diamond Municipal Software that is also installed with MS Dynamics (and do have the version that is compatible with it)

    I think you need to open a support case with CentralSquare/Diamond.  They have a very detailed update process, and it can be very temperamental if you miss a step.  (I recall one key part after making sure to 100% complete the Diamond steps was to make certain to also register the DMS.AssemblyRegistrataor.exe application on each GP client.)

    I have found their support over the years to be very helpful, especially since you are being proactive and testing the upgrade before go-live.
