When add a new tab in Schedule Board then some Filters automatic add but when refresh one time it shows blank. I want it shows blank without refresh is it possible?

Hi. We are having to build new schedule boards as the filters you manually add in do not stick. SO users are having to add in every day which is not user friendly. So we are increasing the amount of schedule boards we have, but restricting who can access them.
