FRx APPCRASH Fault Module Name kernel32.dll

I have a client that is receiving the "FRx Report Designer has stopped working" error. It is an app crash and FRx is on 6.7.0.12008 which is SP12, fault module name is kernel32.dll. All of the references to this item deal with applying SP10, but they are on SP12. Any thoughts on this?

Have you applied any service packs?

Have you re-installed FRx?

Better try to re-install FRx reporter and check again.
