    Hi Arpan,

There is a small change. You have to use the OnDelete property on the table relations.

    Hi @rp@n,

    I found your previous thread:community.dynamics.com/.../851494

    Copy Nikolaos's answer:

"In D365FO the delete actions should be defined in the table relations. There is a property called OnDelete.

The Delete actions that are discussed in this thread are a legacy feature from AX2012 - although they still do work."

Yes, "the OnDelete property on the table relations" indeed means "OnDelete property in table relation".

You'll do it on the table where you have a relations; how to use relations didn't change in D365FO.

By the way, please use the search functionality to find answers you already got instead of creating more threads about the same. You got information about OnDelete property two years ago in your thread Delete action in D365FO.

    Hi Arpan,

As mentioned by others and your previous thread Both things can be used and do the same things D365FO.

some differences  ->Delete action is defined on the Parent table whereas OnDelete property is set on the relation which is defined on child table.

This is important when you are creating a new child table for the OOB table.  You can't make changes to the parent table and add delete action. you need to use OnDetele property on the relationship defined on your custom/child table.

    Hope that clarifies your issues.
