Issue when accessing the CRM webpage

Hi,

We shutdown the CRM server and once we started it again we was not able to access the webpage everything was fine before the shutdown, and even we did not do any updates or automatic, below is the error we are getting, we are able to logon but stuck on that page also we confirmed that all CRM service accounts are in the local admin group of the server, so any help please?
