Hi All,

Were getting a critical error when were trying to end a production order.  This is the first time we encounter this type of error in AX 2009. Is anyone has encounter this issue before?

    Hello Jonathan,

    The message says something about an update conflict.

    Have you tried closing and reopening AX probably another user has already processed the production order?

    Hi Jonathan,

    There can be a number of issues causing this problem.

    What might help is a look on LCS for an available hotfix.

    Alternatively, please have a look at the following prior threads where similar problems have been described.

    Thank you for your patience and reply.

    Unfortunately were still getting this error when we try to End this production order.

    It looks as if no other community member has experienced a similar error in the past.

    I would thus suggest that you try contacting the MS support that might help you getting this issue resolved quickly.
