Hello,
I have an issue with work creation for cycle count.
After setting up the cycle count plan by selecting item and location, when the cycle count plan is processed an error message is displayed - 'No cycle count work is created'
I have checked the following set up:
1. Warehouse set up is enabled for warehouse management process
2. Warehouse management parameters > Cycle counting> adjustment type code, work class id and work priority is set
3. Location profile of the location is set up to allow cycle counting process
4. mobile device is set up to process the cycle count using 'Existing work' and 'system directed' options.
Is there any other set up that I am missing to get the cycle count work creation?
