can I add new column in the grid from dropdown field? If yes, how can I do it?

Is this a standard or custom form?
If it's a standard form, can you tell us the name of the form. Not able to find out from the screenshot as the language is different.

Yeah, it's possible. But you need to do a customization. You need to find how they have added lookup - Whether they have called any form or override the lookup method or through reference group.

Since the form shown in the screenshot is standard form it needs customization.
Customization in the sense I means development.
You need to override the lookup method of the control and write your own logic which includes addition of new column to the lookup grid.
