Power Virtual Agent changed entered words

hey everybody,

I have created a Power Virtual agent whose purpose is to capture contact and ticket information which will be saved as a case in Dynamics.

Sadly, sometimes the PVA changed the entered words in something different.....

I thought it might have something to do with automatic translation (german - english)

But the Case description is always in german....

here an example:

Pic 1: enter the firstname

2 Pic: use the entered variable...

I really hope you can help!

Maybe you need open one ticket for Microsoft Support:

admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
