OK & Cancel button sometimes missing

Hi, sometimes for 1 of our users that we know of the Ok and Cancel buttons don't appear on some pop up windows in AX.  We can't reproduce the issue but was wondering if anyone has experienced this before?

She can get it to reappear by logging out and back into AX most often, but then it can randomly happen again.

In particular it happens here (I'm not sure if these are company customised screens or not, sorry)

1. Change company to ABC

2. Select the Stock Management Module

3. Click the Item Details option in Common Forms section

4. Search for item ABC0001234

5. Click the setup button and select Item Maintenance

6. Select the Item Coverage Tab

7. Click the re-plan item button

We're not on the latest kernel rollups as of yet due to them being tested still, but if anybody has seen something like this before or is aware of this being a common known bug with a fix please let me know

I have encountered it on customized forms over Citrix and the adopted view seems to hide the buttons at the bottom, it was related to screen resolutions and how the modified form handled it from memory when I encountered it.

We are also encoutering the same problem with AX 2009 over Citrix. Most often this happens with Dialog buttons, like a printing dialog. I have not seen a cure yet - the only workaround is to click on a gray area to lose current button focus (if there are any selected) and to press Enter on keyboard

There is also a daily setting in Citrix, the automatic one always caused issues and fixing this and designing the form properly resolved this on the site I was working with.
